Machine description:

1.The extruder adopts 80/156 double screw which is specially for pvc foam board,the screw adopts

SKD11 alloy material to increase more lifetime compared to common 38CrMoAlA screw

2.The mould adopts 5CrMoNi /P20 high quality mould steel;Change different die lip to get different thickness 

board;The die lip could be circulated with water or oil according to foam density and surface hardness.

3.Adopts 4/5 sets of calibration platform according to different thickness,the platform is controlled by pneumatically or hydraulically.The calibration platform is circulated with cooling water.

4.The tractor is driven by groups of high-quality rubber roller.The driven motor adopts frequency control motor and is controlled by ABB inverter.

5.The fix-length transversal cutter adopts latest design of two cutting systems,one is with knife cutting which is specially for thinner board,and it is of non-dust feature.another is with traditional saw cutting which is specially for thicker board.It could be switched according to the request.

6.The edge cutter also adopts two system,one is blade cutting and another is saw cutting.According to different thickness,adotps different edge cutting system.

7.This production line could be with automatic robotic arm,it could save your labor cost and stackpile the board precisely.

8.This production should be with all the required auxiliary machines as mixer,crusher,miller,chiller and air compressor,etc.
